Welcome to Life Matrix. By creating an account and subscribing to our service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Life Matrix is provided as a subscription service billed at £30 per month. Your subscription begins once your payment has been successfully processed through Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically each month. The applicable subscription fee will be charged to your selected payment method unless you cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the monthly subscription fee until your subscription is cancelled.
If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, Life Matrix may retry the payment. During this period, your account may remain active. If payment continues to fail after the retry attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is successfully received. Access will be restored automatically once payment has been confirmed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period unless required by applicable law.
You agree to use Life Matrix responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. The service is subject to fair use limits, including AI token usage. Accounts that exceed the configured fair use limits may be temporarily suspended until usage falls within the permitted limits or your subscription is renewed.
While we strive to provide continuous access to Life Matrix, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
